DESCRIPTION:This is a 4-week commitment: \nJuly 21 – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm MDT \nJuly 28 – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm MDT \nAugust 4 – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm MDT \nAugust 11 – 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm MDT \n— \nJoin me for a small group deep dive writing experience that taps the source of your best guidance – your own wisdom.  \nOver the last 10 years working as a depth psychotherapist\, I have studied and facilitated multiple techniques to guide my clients into their deeper knowing\, to remove subconscious blocks and to align with a life of purpose\, wisdom and service.  \nIntuitive prompted writing is one of the most simple and direct methods to bypass hesitation\, overthinking\, and self doubt and connect directly to your own wisdom.  \nHow it works:  Each week\, we show up as a group on zoom.  I will offer a prompt designed to connect to you the wise part of yourself producing deeper awareness and insight for healing and growth.  \nThen\, we’ll engage a brief guided hypnotic meditation process led by me to engage your subconscious\, creative intelligence and ask that part of you to take you on an inner journey of clarity through writing.  \nWe’ll invite and allow whatever wants to come forth from your subconscious to spill onto a page in your journal or a document on your computer.  Then we will reconvene as a group and each writer will be encouraged to read some or all of their writing to the group in order to be witnessed and encouraged in the process. If you’re in\, get ready for some amazing synchronicity\, connection\, self awareness and emotional clarity.  If you have questions\, please feel free to email me at erin@erinamundson.com or set up a free new client consultation on my calendar.
